Request a refund for payments made to the Appeals Tribunals
You can apply online for a refund of fees payments made by credit card to the Appeals Tribunals.
You can apply if:
- a decision or judgment was made ordering the refund of a fee
- it’s been 2 weeks since the decision or judgment to refund you was made
- you paid by credit card
Attach to your application:
- confirmation of payment that you were sent or got a self service stand
- the decision or judgment ordering the fee refund
Apply online completing the application according to the instructions and attaching the required documents:
- confirmation of payment that you were sent or got a self service stand
- the decision or judgment ordering the fee refund
- You’ll get a confirmation email after applying
- You’ll get an email notification when your application is approved or denied
- If approved, you’ll get a credit card refund. Check your next credit card report to make sure the refund was made
- Processing time is up to 2 months
