Claim court awarded compensation - for victims of crime over 18 years old

Who can claim compensation

• You can claim this service if are over 18 years old.

• You have been awarded compensation by criminal court.

• You have a credit balance and have been found eligible for a monetary refund by the Fines Collection Center.

What you need to make the claim

• A photocopy of your ID or passport.

• A photocopy of a cheque from your bank account or an authorization of bank management of the account you wish the compensation to be transferred to.

• If the claim is being submitted by a lawyer or company you must attach Tax approval at source and bookkeeping approval.

• If the bank account you wish the compensation to be transferred to is not yours, you must submit a beneficiary declaration and a request to transfer funds to a third party bank account.

1. Fill in the online Claim for compensation form.

2. Attach the required documents.

3. Submit the form online.
