Claim court awarded compensation - for victims of crime over 18 years old
Victims of crime who are 18 years old and have been awarded compensation by criminal court can use this service to claim the compensation.
Who can claim compensation
You can claim this service if are over 18 years old.
You have been awarded compensation by criminal court.
You have a credit balance and have been found eligible for a monetary refund by the Fines Collection Center.
What you need to make the claim
A photocopy of your ID or passport.
A photocopy of a cheque from your bank account or an authorization of bank management of the account you wish the compensation to be transferred to.
If the claim is being submitted by a lawyer or company you must attach Tax approval at source and bookkeeping approval.
If the bank account you wish the compensation to be transferred to is not yours, you must submit a beneficiary declaration and a request to transfer funds to a third party bank account.
