Produce scanned documents from condominium files
Use this service to produced scanned documents with electronic signatures from condominium files.
Types of condominium files:
- Condominium registration file: includes condominium registration documents.
- Condominium injunction amendment file: includes condominium injunction amendment documents.
- Condominium cancellation order: includes documents cancelling the registration of the condominium.
The basic documents that are accepted when the file is ordered, by file type:
- Condominium registration file: registration order, bylaws, floor plan of the condominium.
- Condominium amended order file: amended order, or amended bylaws (if any).
- Condominium order cancellation file: cancellation order.
Please note:
- An agreement, instead of bylaws (if any), appears in files up to 1969 inclusive.
- Not every amendment file has a floor plan.
- Not every condominium has bylaws. In cases where no bylaws have been written, the usual bylaws that appear in the first supplement to the Land Law shall apply.
- You must obtain the lot and plot numbers of the property in advance.

Online
- To find a file by lot and plot:
- Enter the lot number and the plot number.
- Enter in the code as it appears on the screen.
- Click “Search.”
- To find a file by bill number:
- Choose the correct bureau office from the list of bureau offices.
- Choose the year that the file was registered from the list of years.
- Enter the file number that appears on the registration extract as a creator file (from 1975 and onward, enter the number that appears on the extract as a creator deed ).
- Enter the code that appears on the screen.
- Click “Search.”
- Click the “Add” button to order a file. You can order up to three files at once that belong to the same lot and plot by adding them to your documents basket.
- When the payment information appears on the screen, click on “Pay by credit card.”
- Fill out the required credit card information and e-mail address in order to receive the documents.
- Notification that the files are ready will be sent by e-mail within 24 hours.
- Click on the link provided in the e-mail in order to download the condominium files.
