• The information given in this document is the classification of the goods only (10-digit customs number).
• The information is valid for one year from the day it has been issued, subject to any changes in the law concerning the classification of goods.
• The information is valid for the applicant only and only for goods identical to the goods detailed in the document, according to the data and documents submitted to the Customs and VAT Unit by the applicant.
• For classification of a product, an application form can be filled in and sent to the relevant customs office.
• The customs department is responsible only vis a vis the applicant, because of the information provided to the applicant.
