Claim for compensation for "indirect damages" – Swords of Iron: red track with adjustments to the agricultural sector ("pink" track)

These are the conditions for filing a compensation claim in the pink tracks:

• The business of the damaged farmers is located in a frontier locality.
• The damages proved the causal connection between the damages caused to them and the actions of war.
• Compliance with all the conditions and requirements set forth in the document "Explanation of filling out the computerized form" attached to this page.

It is necessary to fill out the relevant auxiliary forms for each type of crop, specify the plots for which compensation is claimed and their location, and sign them.

1. Identification is required on the Israel Tax Authority website.
2. Select the "Indirect damage" option, then the "Red Swords of Iron" option, and fill out the claim form.
3. The relevant auxiliary forms must be filled out and attached to the online claim.

• There is no limit on the amount of compensation on the pink tracks, except for crops located between 7 and 20 kilometers from the Gaza Strip, for which compensation will be limited to 6.6 million NIS for those damaged farmers, for the period from October to December 2023.
• Payment of compensation for indirect damages (after deductions such as: withholding tax) will be transferred to the bank account indicated on the online claim form.
• The approved claim amount will be added with interest and linkage differentials, starting at the end of 30 days from the date of filing the claim until the day of payment.

The claim for compensation should be filed within 3 months from the end of the Iron Swords War.
