Submit a query regarding the payment of import taxes
This service allows importers and customs agents to access payment instructions, view credits for claims or deposits, and verify seizures made on behalf of the tax authorities.

The tax authorities recommend using the following payment methods-
- Bank transfer – via the Internet.
- Cash – Bank of Israel, Postal Bank, Online Postal Bank.
- Credit cards – Visa, Max, and Isracard
- Bank clearing center (MASAB).
- Real-Time Daily Transfer Clearing System (Zahav transfer).
- Use of Zahav transfer.
Payment by special means will be allowed for people with disabilities in the following situations:
- People recognized as such by the National Insurance Agency
- People affected by hostilities.
- People recognized as such by the Ministry of Defense.
Special means may also be used to pay for the following:
- Guarantee enforcement
- Use of Zahav transfer.
How to submit a request
- You must log in to the payment request system using a chip card only.
- You can view all transactions by period and payment method.
For example: by clicking on a payment order – the order window opens and you can view the details, including the tax types.
