Sell your chametz online
Use this service to sell your chametz online in Israel or abroad through the Chief Rabbinate of Israel.
- If you cannot sell your Chametz directly through a rabbi, you can sell it online.
- This year (2022), under the direction of the Chief Rabbinate of Israel, you can also sell "chametz gamur", even if you do not usually sell it.
- You must store your sold chametz in a labelled and closed place until after Pessach.
How to sell you chametz online
- Enter the online form to sell you chametz (Heb)
- Complete you personal information
- Check the box granting the Chief Rabbinate of Israel to sell your chametz on your behalf
- Send the request. Store your sold chametz in a labelled and closed place until after Pessach.
There service is free of charge
- The online form is not available during Shabbat (Israel time).
- The form is available from Sunday, bet Nissan 5782 (3 April 2022) to Wednesday 12 Nissan 5782 (13 April 2022).
The chametz must be put in closed and marked places until after Passover.
