The appeal will be forwarded to the Medical Cannabis Unit board , which includes at least two medical specialists.
The appeal and medical information will be reviewed in accordance with the Procedure for Permitting the Possession and Use of Cannabis (106, Heb).
The medical board's decision will be sent to the patient and primary care physician.
If the appeal is approved, a permit to keep and use medical cannabis will be issued, and emailed directly to the patient and primary care physician.
