Application for Quality Approval for Entrepreneurs or Businesses in the Cannabis Field

Who can submit the application?

Entrepreneurs or businesses in the field of cannabis who wish to receive a quality certificate will submit a quality check to the Medical Cannabis Unit.

Only after receiving an initial dealer code, you one start planning for the establishment of the business or the adaptation of an existing business, while meeting all the relevant legal requirements, and in accordance with the quality and security requirements.

How to submit the application and what should be attached to it?

An application form (Hebrew) must be filled out to obtain a quality certificate for entrepreneurs or businesses in the cannabis field.

Quality check must be marked on the form according to the field of occupation:

1. IMC-GMP quality check for a manufacturing plant or service laboratory.
2. IMC-GDP quality check for a trading house of cannabis products or transportation.
3. IMC-GAP quality check for breeding farms.
   Submitting a form for the IMC-GAP quality check is to update the Medical Cannabis Unit only. A request to open a process must be submitted directly to the requested certification body, according to the guidelines of the relevant procedure on the unit's website.

The following documents must be attached:

• Design basis specification (BOD)
• Engineering diagram of the site
• CVs of position holders, as detailed in IMC-GMP procedure number 152.
