When applying for a business licence you must meet the Israel Firefighting and Rescue fire safety requirements.
If you have been referred to the Affidavit Track ("Maslul Tatzhir") you must submit an affidavit stating that you have met the relevant fire safety requirements.

Use this service if you are applying for a business licence and have been referred by your local authority to the Affidavit Track ("Maslul Tatzhir").

How to submit the affidavit

- Read the fire safety requirements (Hebrew).
- Download and complete the affidavit according to the Israel Firefighting and Rescue requirements.
- Sign your affidavit before a lawyer. Your lawyer must also verify and sign the affidavit.
- Submit the signed and verified affidavit to your local authority.
