Import manual for the Palestinian Autonomy - classification of goods (merchandise) imported into the Palestinian Authority
This service enables importers and customs agents to classify online, goods (merchandise) imported into the territories of the Palestinian Authority.
The Autonomy Manual - there are two groups of goods ("merchandise") to which different import rules apply when importing into the Palestinian Authority:
Lists A: for use by Palestinian importers only. To import goods under this regime, a special import license is required - and the Palestinian Authority determines the tax rate and import laws for the imported goods.
In the second group - a list of customs items, for which the Palestinian Authority has determined higher taxes at the time of importing the goods into its territory, compared to the taxes on imports into Israel at the same time. The customs items are subject to the import laws applying in Israel at the same time.
