Apply online for a scholarship from the Student Authority
Students can use this service to apply for the first time or renew their application for a scholarship for the academic year 2025-2026 from the Student Authority.
You must make sure you are eligible according to the conditions of eligibility of the Student Authority.
You must fill in the request form in Hebrew or English only, scan and enclose all of the necessary documents. If for some reason you have not enclosed the necessary documents when filling in the questionnaire, you may complete the process here.
In order to receive assistance from the Student Authority one must submit the online request for assistance for every new school year
In the initial stage, you must register once for the National Identification System.
- This stage is necessary to secure your private information and to submit your application online without visiting our service centers. After completing the registration and creating a password, you can submit your application.
- If you have already registered in the past, you can log in using the password you created.

Please Note:
The Student Authority for new Olim students grants assistance to new Olim living and studying in Israel. Even if the study program includes the option of remote studies, a student who is not in Israel during the whole period of studies will not receive assistance from the Student Authority.
Dates of submitting the request
- Students beginning studies during the first semester:
- New students – until November 10th – every year*
- Continuing students – until October 1st - every year
- Students beginning studies during the second semester:
- Until April 1st – every year
- Students beginning studies during the Summer semester:
- Until August 15th - every year
*("Every year" means these dates are permanent and remain the same every year)
