Application for a B/4 Visa for National Service for Persons Eligible for Aliya under the Law of Return
This service enables application for a B/4 visa for non-Israeli persons eligible for Aliya (immigration to Israel) under the Law of Return, but who have not yet decided to become Israeli citizens, who wish to volunteer for national/civic service.
Who can apply?
- Non-Israelis eligible for Aliya under the Law of Return.
- Women and men volunteering for national-civic service, who have been recognized as eligible for Aliya under the Law of Return.
- National-civic service non-profit organizations.
What to attach to the application:
- Scan of the passport of the volunteer for national-civic service - (passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the requested visa period).
- A certificate of eligibility pursuant to the Law of Return.
- Scan of the birth certificate of the volunteer for national-civic service.
- Confirmation from the non-profit organization in which he/she is registered.
- Proof of Judaism.
- Clean Police Record certificate.
How to apply:
Complete the online application form for extension/replacement of visa to B/4 for national service volunteers, attach the required documents and send.
What next:
- If the application has been approved, the visa will be sent to the e-mail address indicated in the application.
- If the application has not been approved, a message will be sent to the e-mail address indicated in the application.
