Application for the delivery of a customs certificate (form 13)
This service allows applying for a certificate for goods held by Israeli Customs, as detailed in Chapter 8 of the 1965 Customs Regulations.
Before you start
Pursuant to the Regulations, the Customs can deliver a certificate on goods (merchandise) to anyone involved in their import, export, or inspection. For more information – Chapter Eight of the Customs Regulations 1965.

Service cost
- The service implies the payment of a customs certificate fee.
- The fee can be paid by credit card, including credit payments.
- The maximum amount for payment by credit card: 15,000 NIS.
How to apply
- Enter the National identification system.
- Fill in the application form for a customs certificate (Form 13) and submit online.
- After submitting and sending the form successfully, pay the fee.
Failure to pay the fee will prevent customs officials from processing the application.
