Application for the delivery of a customs certificate (form 13)

This service allows applying for a certificate for goods held by Israeli Customs, as detailed in Chapter 8 of the 1965 Customs Regulations.

Before you start

Pursuant to the Regulations, the Customs can deliver a certificate on goods (merchandise) to anyone involved in their import, export, or inspection. For more information – Chapter Eight of the Customs Regulations 1965.

Service cost

  • The service implies the payment of a customs certificate fee.
  • The fee can be paid by credit card, including credit payments.
  • The maximum amount for payment by credit card: 15,000 NIS.

How to apply

  1. Enter the National identification system.
  2. Fill in the application form for a customs certificate (Form 13) and submit online.
  3. After submitting and sending the form successfully, pay the fee.
Failure to pay the fee will prevent customs officials from processing the application.
