Schedule an appointment and apply for a biometric passport or ID card at the self-service stands

This service provides information on scheduling an appointment and submitting an application for a first biometric passport. Information is also provided on the renewal of biometric passports or ID cards in the following circumstances: expiration, theft, or loss of documents. All these applications are submitted at self-service stations, located in some Population Administration Bureaus. An appointment must be scheduled for the bureau where the self-service station is located.
