Apply for a Type Certificate (TC) or Supplemental Type Certificate (STC)
Find information on how to apply to the Civil Aviation Authority of Israel (CAAI) for a Type Certificate (TC) or Supplemental Type Certificate (STC).
Who can apply
- Israeli manufacturers can apply for a Type Certificate (TC) or Supplemental Type Certificate (STC).
- Foreigner manufacturers can apply for a TC, STC or for validation of an existing TC or STC issued by their National Aviation Authority.
Cost
The cost to initiate a project and the monthly fee is according to The Aviation Regulations (Registration Fees, Licensing and Documentation), 2009.
The fee is updated periodically.

What happens next
After receiving your application a CAAI representative will contact you directly.
You will be sent a voucher to pay the application fee and monthly fees.
