Importer's Declaration for Import Declaration combined with a form for verifying the declared value
This service allows importers to submit an individual import reports and verify goods declared value (replacing form 145).

How to file the application
Fill out the Periodic Importer Declaration Form online, attach the required documents submit.
In order to sign you must do the following steps:
1. The identification method:
- Login by national identification:
- Resident of Israel - requires prior registration (link to video explaining registration for national identification)
- Private company - requires prior registration of the definition of signature authorizations in the corporation (link to a video explaining the authorization process in the business area)
- Login using a smart card
- For further explanations, you can enter the guide for entering the form with national identification
- others: You can fill out the Importer's declaration for import declaration combined with a form for verifying the declared value (requires a digital signature with a smart card, or filling out the form and sending it to the customs agent who will submit it to customs on your behalf)
2. If there is a valid importer's affidavit and a new importer's affidavit is received, the existing affidavit will become expired and the new affidavit will be valid for one year.
3. Fill in the details in the appropriate fields in the computerized form.
