Replace a lost, stolen or damaged skipper's license
Here you can pay fo a replacement skipper's license if it has been lost, stolen or damaged.
After paying for your replacement skipper's license:
- A temporary license, valid for 6 months, will be sent to the address on your ID, within 2 weeks.
- A permanent license will be sent within 2 months. It will be valid for up to 5 years, depending on how long you had left on your license.
Pay online
- Enter the secure online payment.
- Select "Skipper License" (Heb).
- Enter your ID, date of birth and telephone.
- Select "Duplicate" under type.
- Confirm and continue to payment.
Pay at the Postal Bank
- Contact the Small Vessels Division to issue you a payment voucher.
- Pay with the voucher at the Postal Bank.
Notes
- You can’t get a refund if you find your license.
- This service is provided in Hebrew. If you don’t speak Hebrew, ask a Hebrew speaker for help.
