Application to update attorneys’ details in “Net HaMishpat” and for bank account credit following a judgment, decree, or court decision
This service allows attorneys to request updates to their contact details in the Net HaMishpat system, or to their bank account details, to which funds may be transferred if they are found eligible by the court.
Who is this service intended for?
- This service is intended only for attorneys registered in the Net HaMishpat database who wish to update their details.
- If you are not registered in the database, you must complete an online registration form by entering the Net HaMishpat website and clicking the link at the bottom center of the page – “Add a new attorney to the Net HaMishpat system.”
Ways to obtain the service
- The form for updating an attorney’s details or bank credit in the system must be completed and sent to the it division of the Courts Administration by email at: [email protected]
It is mandatory to sign the form with an attorney’s stamp and signature. Please ensure this requirement is followed
- It must be indicated on the form whether the update is requested under the attorney’s details as “independent,” under the firm’s details, or both.
- The form is also intended for changing or updating the name of an attorney or a law firm in the Net HaMishpat system. In such cases, “Name change …” must be handwritten in the form’s title.
What happens after submitting the application?
- After the form is forwarded to the IT Division, the bank account details for credit will be updated and approved in the Net HaMishpat system.
- If a request for bank account credit has been submitted and a response is received indicating that authorization for credit has not yet been granted in the system, you may contact the National Information and Service Center (details appear on this page) for inquiries and assistance.
- When contacting the Information Center, you must have the case number available.
