About
Departmental responsibilities:
Management of civil service leadership on the following levels:
Individual:
- Implementation of the Civil Service Commission's (CSC) professional policy regarding senior civil servants ranked 42-44 or above on the social science scale or on parallel rankings, including office directors or other position holders who are considered parallel to an office director according to governmental instructions.
- Drafting personal contracts for office directors or their parallels and senior civil servants, according to the policy determined and established in the book of "core principles, rights and duties – employment of senior staff under special contracts" (March, 2004).
- Administration of civil service researchers in government offices as well as civil servants in agricultural development and research.
- Providing information and professional counseling to government offices regarding senior contracts, private work, unpaid leave etc.
- Accompaniment of senior civil servants on various matters.
Management of senior staff
- Management of senior staff listings in accordance with government resolution 2464 (March 2015).
- Stratification of senior staff positions
- Planning, leading and implementing senior staff rotation
Managerial reserves and career management
- Development and training of senior staff, including the formulation of plans and.
- identification of possible recruitment avenues.
- Identification and management of senior management reserves Planning senior staff career track.
Generally, maintaining continuous contact with office management regarding senior staff matters.
