Tourism Experience Administration

The National Control Department:
The Tourism Experience Administration supervises and controls the quality of tourism services. Inspections of tourism service providers are conducted in the country to improve the service to tourists.

Inspectors handle complaints with relevant entities responsible for sites. Areas of responsibility of the Administration: department employees conduct regular inspections throughout the year in such areas as hotels, tourism sites and attractions, tour guides, shop certificates, tourist VAT reimbursement, and beaches.

In addition, the administration conducts on-demand inspections in areas such as development sites with the Development and Infrastructure Department and taxis enforcement with the Ministry of Transportation.
