About
The Information Systems Department operates as part of the joint headquarters. The department provides solutions to diverse populations that include 300 internal users, as well as thousands of external users, such as citizens at the Lehava Centers (reducing the digital gap), athletes, culture institutes, clients and organizations and local authorities.
The division strives to increase work processes support systems and decision making in coordination with ongoing organizational processes.
The division is responsible for maintenance of software and hardware, help desk (TopDesk), systems and versions upgrades and the development and assimilation of administrative systems, various systems in the Ministry’s support and procurement.
