About
The bureau consists of the following units: Human Resources, Budgets, Training, Welfare, Organizational Development, Procurement, Properties and Logistics, Payroll Budgets, Encouragement Pay, Promoting Excellence and Quality, Intraorganizational Communications, Status of Women and Gender Equality, Occupational Diversity and Prevention of Racism.
Goals and Duties
- Setting the Ministry's human capital policy and its priorities, in coordination with Ministry management within the framework of the general directives of the State Service Commissioner and the Budget Law.
- Managing and operating the ongoing budget while ensuring the administrative and professional functionality of the Ministry’s units.
- Formulating and preparing the Ministry’s personnel standards.
- Formulating procedures and guidelines on work procedures and regulations at the Ministry and the administrative units.
- Advancing quality and excellence at the Ministry.
- Employee hiring and retirement in accordance with procedures.
- Supervising the application of the labor agreements of Ministry employees.
- Responsibility for discipline in the Ministry and compliance with the law and the State Service Regulations.
- Locating education and complementary training requirements of Ministry workers.
- Development the professional and functional careers of Ministry workers.
- Treatment of management-worker relations and maintaining working relations.
- Advancing the status of women, employment diversity and actions to prevent racism.
