Administration and Human Resources

The Administration and Human Resources Division participates in outlining the Ministry’s vision and mission and in designing their implementation strategy, as well as in designing the organizational culture, core values, norms and ethics.

It is in charge of managing the administration and human resource array in all its aspects, subject to civil service laws, directives on regulation, finance and economy and directives of the civil service rules and regulations, as well as the rules of good governance.

Responsibilities:

Personnel, training, purchasing, assets, logistics – material resources and welfare, information systems, security and emergency.

About Human Resources:

The Human Resources Unit is in charge of standardization and organizational changes, managing the recruitment and selection mechanism and the position filling process, managing employee services, training, employee promotion, retirement, attendance, etc.

It operates according to the directives on regulation, finance and economy and directives of the civil service rules and regulations, collective agreements, the Budget Law, the Civil Service Commission’s directives and instructions.

About Logistics:

The Logistics Unit is in charge of purchasing, assets, logistics and welfare. It provides purchasing services and operation and maintenance services for structures, equipment and transport in accordance with the Mandatory Tenders Law, directives on regulation, finance and economy and instructions of the General Accountant’s Assets, Purchasing and Logistics Division.

It is also in charge of employee welfare, with emphasis on culture, sport, team building and employee health, all in accordance with the Civil Service Commissioner’s instructions regarding minimum employee activities.

In addition, it directs ministerial committees, is in charge of the energy field and coordinates rewards and incentives.

The Administration and Human Resources Branch is known for its professionalism and high level of service, to accomplish the Ministry’s vision and goals.
