The Human Resources Department of the Administration is responsible for all issues related to the management and guidance of all the administration's employees, from the recruitment phase to the day of retirement. As a full partner in their professional development, the Human Resources Department of the Administration provides a comprehensive support package for employees of all administrative units in professional and personal matters.

The department is responsible for the recruitment of employees and the publication of tenders, the promotion of employees, employment conditions, discipline, social protection, training, employee mobility, incentives, retirement and pensions, all in compliance with the provisions of the National Labor Law and the regulations issued from time to time by the Public Service Commission, the Employment Contracts Unit and the Accountant General.

The department is responsible for standardization in all units, creating new jobs as approved by the Budget Department of the Ministry of Finance and the Public Service Commission, updating of jobs in new and existing areas, job changes, updating and making organizational changes in administrative units, etc.

The department is responsible for establishing and improving work procedures, including home/remote working, making information available to employees, promoting and diversifying employment, and creating a safe, good and pleasant working environment.

Department employees function also as knowledge centers in matters of employment and work practices in all departments, and provide support to managers of the professional units, in an effort to develop human capital and strengthen the relationship and engagement between employees and managers, in accordance with the department's goals and objectives.
