About
The Department of Tenders and Exams is responsible for selection, analysis, and recruitment of candidates in the civil service. The department is currently
undergoing a process of reform in order to update and establish management protocols of human capital in the civil service. The ultimate goal is to promote and
strengthen the recruitment and selection process led by the Civil Service Commission, while adapting the field of to current technological changes, and with an
emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Due to its work interfaces with all government offices, the Department of Tenders and Exams endeavors to improve and deepen its strategic and professional
alliances, towards leading organizational changes and raising awareness to the importance of human capital and investment in it.
The goals of the department
Selecting the right employees for the civil service, according to the organization's needs and human resource availability – while focusing on the customer and his
satisfaction through providing effective, high quality service, and maintaining equal opportunities and fairness in the selection process.
