The Unit handles complaints against the Authority regarding an action or an omission, avoiding action or taking action that does not comply with the law, regulations or procedures.
The Unit also handles complaints regarding the provision of service, actions in violation of proper governance or actions that include excessive rigidity or injustice.
It should be noted that the Unit does not handle queries, requests to receive information or matters under deliberation in the courts that have been decided in a judicial proceeding. For inquiries to receive information, regarding stay of exit orders or issuance of documentation please contact the National Service and Information Center, *3450. Furthermore, inquiries regarding the status of a request/file should be referred to the relevant Authority units.
