Organizational Learning and Welfare Division

Responsibilities of the Department:

• Concern for the welfare of employees
• Encourage participation of Ministry employees in cultural and sports activities: subscriptions to theater, concerts, museums, sports, pools, attractions, etc.
• Organize Ministry events: holiday toasts, farewell parties, holiday gifts, etc.
• Assist in organizing Ministry Women's Day, planned by the Commissioner for the Status of Women and funded by the welfare budget
• Organize outstanding employee award ceremony
• Responsible for team participation in the sports league
• Deals with all employee training issues
• Responsible for continuing education of employees and improving the quality of management personnel
