The Jenin DCL provides services to residents of Jenin District, the city of Tubas, the villages in Tubas District (Bardala, Kardala, Tayasir, Tammun, Al-Fari'ah and Aqaba), and residents of Jenin Refugee Camp and Al-Fari'ah Refugee Camp.
