The Jericho DCL provides services to residents of the City of Jericho; as well as to residents of the following villages: Fasa'il, Uja, A-Zubeidat, Marj Na'ja, Marj Ghazal, Ein al-Beida and Jiftlik; and to residents of the following refugee camps: Aqbat Jaber and Ein a-Sultan
