The new site was established in order to provide access to public government information and services in a simple, fast and easy fashion. The site allows access to a new digital channel, through which the public can enjoy online government services.


The new website gathers information and services provided by all government agencies in one innovative and accessible interface, tailor-made for mobile devices*. The site you are viewing is our pilot version, the information at this preliminary stage, is incomplete and covers information from the Immigration Authority and the Ministry of Culture and Sports. This, alongside the most often used services from all ministries, which were rewritten to meet the new standards of Further services will be incorporated in the site gradually, over time.

In the new site, you will find government information, view personal data and consume government services anywhere and at any time, without experiencing the bureaucratic burden that you may have experienced in the past. The site is intended to serve the entire population of Israel, and your opinion matters.. The information on this site is official, updated and valid, but as mentioned, not yet complete. We are doing our best to bring you more information as soon as possible.


The new site is built and managed by the E – government unit, a part of the ICT Authority, and subordinate to the Prime Minister's Office. In order to obtain the best results, we conducted extensive studies of government sites worldwide, used open-source knowledge and code, used by the British Government for their web site: We applied the most advanced Web technologies and prior to creating the content of, we conducted extensive user testing, focus groups and web-based surveys, and we will continue doing so indefinitely. This in order to determine what information the public is really seeking, and to keep up with the ever-changing surfing habits of the public.
