The program will admit the top 30 applicants every year, who will receive

Those who successfully complete the selection process will sign a personal contract which commits them to the civil service for at least four years, beginning upon
the completion of their training.
The Civil Service Cadets Program was founded as a continuation for the "Atidim – Public Service cadets" program which has trained 150 cadets so far. The new
program was founded in accordance with government resolution 1244 (January 2010), and in light of the recommendations of the steering committee which
emphasized the importance of training top quality managerial reserves for the civil service.
The Cadets Program is managed by the Department of Civil Service Cadets in the Civil Service Commission, with the assistance of senior members in the CSC's
management, and under the supervision of the managing committee which is comprised of the Civil Service Commissioner, the Director of the Prime Minister's
Office, the Director of Budgets in the Ministry of Finance and three public representatives with experience in the field of leadership, training and change management.
