| The Open University |
The Open University is a distance learning institution accredited by the Israeli Council of Higher Education.

The Department of Overseas Studies at the University of Haifa, located in the North of the county, welcomes international students to study at the university on a non-degree basis for a summer, semester, or full academic year.
