| The Gov.il Portal Launches New English Forum |

Lost your driving license and want to know what to do? Wish to know how to get a work permit in Israel? Don't know what are your rights as new immigrants? From now on you can find answers to all these questions and many more using the new forum, intended for users' questions.
The new gov.il forum will provide professional answers to questions posted by users regarding government services, as a new service channel to improve the service to English-speaking citizens, residents and visitors. The e-Gov support team will be happy to assist you to locate the information you need in the portal or in other websites of governmental ministries and authorities.
Users can comment about the services and information offered in the portal, and post questions regarding any of the government's services, from working permits to vehicle license renewal. All comments will be taken into consideration for improving services in the future. Although users will not be able to receive an answer referring to a specific individual solution by any governmental agency, they will be directed to the appropriate ministry or authority, or to other information resources such as the gov.il guides.
Any information provided by the forum is considered a service to users, and not an alternative to official information published by the government's ministries or to any official information published by the State of Israel.
